I honestly do not even care if the truth about the accident comes out. Ruhi was a child, cant really blame her for anything. The bigger point here imo should be that it was an accident. If the Goenkas think Ruhi should be let go for an accident where someone was injured, should not they have given Akshu the same treatment. I also do understand the need to tell her to leave the house, for child Ruhi's mental well-being, but did Akshu and her children deserve to be cut off entirely from the family 22+ years ?

I don't think Ruhi will herself remember anything and tell the truth about her mother's accident.its logical.So it won't happen in that way it will be come to light in some other way

There is always akshara's magical dairy that has truth of the universe

see technically forgiveness doesn’t require Ruhi to recall her role ..but if she does recall it, it will make for better drama ..and improve her character graph ..because she will realise that what her aunt did was to protect her ..whether her decision was right or wrong is debatable ..but her intent is not under question ..and if Ruhi needs to recognize that, it might be useful for her to recall some parts of what happened ..at least that she was in the car before the accident

She will recall it.. and the hope is it'll improve her career graph.. because the little Ruhi used to adore her aunt until she heard her say that she mistakenly killed her mom! And followed it up by taking away her poppy! But to understand her intent is why this accident case could have been the perfect trigger which even if didn't recall that day in entirety would atleast giver her a perspective that accidents happen.. there is never an intent behind most of these.. but I'm not holding my horses in the hope that they actually atleast show us a therapist scene where she talks about how this case brought back her worst childhood memory.. no need to remember anything about her role but atleast show us that the accident did trigger that days memory..

And here we go again discussing logical plot points that will never get shown on the show
