I think since it’s muscle strain, it usually takes some time to heal. I still have the pain when I stretch. So hopefully in another couple of days I’ll keep observing. If not then I’ll visit the doctor.

I guess I had lot of protein filled meals and my stomach got upset … I was doing river floating … got sick in the middle of the river 😅… not a good place to start feeling sick !
