After ANI getting ill may be severe one Arshi will herself back out. In OG Arshi was a full vamp but here they have shown that Arshi is not fully bad. So here I think she will back out as she will realize his love for jhanak. Till ANInhas been saying jhanak as jimmedari and Arshi feels it’s just an attraction but after getting ill she will realize that it’s actually love.
