In Dec 2017, Anu is drinking and she doesn't seems to be in a good condition. She has lost her senses while Ishaan is calling her and she is declining his calls again and again. But still he is calling. She picks the call and she gets furious on him for bothering her again and again and she says that she doesn't wanna talk to him. Ishaan is too drunk and he begs Anu to meet him and he promises her to go to the rehab. Anu's tone was not normal, she was feeling more than just being frustrated. She too was behaving like an alcohol addict. Ishaan swears that he will change and Blah Blah but Anu says that she doesn't wants to see him ever. Still Ishaan pleads her but Anu says I know that you want a yes from my side but I wont. Anu is feeling frustrated when she reminds of the romantic moments she spent with Ishaan and she blocks him. Ishaan still rings the door bell and Anu is screaming that just go away. A tension of Ishaan is knocking her door to ruin her and she is trying her level best to avoid him. Anu suddenly reminds of Virat and she is crying and says that she wants to end everything. Virat is worried for her and he immediately rushes to the guest house. Anu is apologizing and saying God I am sorry, I am sorry
Now see Ishaan reminds me of the quote that he came, he saw and he conquered. Let's twist this quote he came, he saw and he gaslighted Anu successfully. I was just carefully observing the transitions in the flashbacks. Anu met Ishaan in the court and she suddenly adored him. Anuvir's first meeting happened through Rajdeep and they met for the first time in college. AnuVir met each other as students and Anushaan met each other as lawyers. Anu developed a good bond with Virat's little family of Dida and Daadu, even Rajdeep was impressed with Virat. But Ishaan was not familyzoned in Anu's life.
The story of Anushaan has a regular transition from meeting as friends to flirting with each other and falling in love because you feel sympathy for the other and then the negative person absorbs all the good energy of a good person. He made Anu say that I am addict to humanity and then he actually made her suffer from the trauma just because of her one goodness. What is the difference between Ishaan and Virat? Ishaan's energy is so charismatic that he can impress you in a first glance and he is ready to torture a humane person. While Virat, when Anu saw a goodness hidden in Virat, he disagreed to believe the same and said that there is a monster hidden in him and that's why he can't let himself come close to him. Ishaan provided sexual needs to Anu but Virat gave the respect she deserved. Anu told to Virat that she will burn the world if someone tries to misuse her. Then what happened to her statement? Anu can be herself with Virat but she cant be herself with Ishaan.
ANU GASLIGHTED VIRAT AND ISHAAN GASLIGHTED ANU 
Anu should come to know that the way she behaved with Virat was not correct too. Who was the one person to save her from the trauma? Virat. I am curious to know what Anu did for Virat apart from giving a number of that therapist? Virat is always there to help and if she gave him cases, then it was not a big deal. Because the Karmic account is still not settled.
Currently Anu visits Virat just to discuss about the Dada Kamle case. She has only one person with whom she has found compassion. I love how Virat welcomes her and says that how is opening door for her always. It was so sweet. She immediately hugs him. AnuVir spend some time in the kitchen and discusses Dada's condition of the house arrest. Again Virat advised her on how to focus on the how dynamics of the case. Anu says that she is tensed as she has to deal with Ishaan because of Dada's conditions. AnuVir's mature conversations are a treat to watch now 
Virat advises Anu to build a correct strategy to deal with this. I wonder how come Anu needs this strategy, she too knows how to use a correct strategy but this darkness of Ishaan has absorbed her intellectual capacities. How sweetly he is advising her, but if it was Anu then she would be telling you need a therapy and be showing concerns about her mental health. I hope Virat is listened by Anu when the situation goes out of control.
Virat correctly says that Anu thinks from her POV. She only feels that men are bad, I will be gaslighted, I wont be able to fight this case. She said a no to Dada's case earlier because of her high moral grounds but today she is defending Dada and leaving no stone unturned to make him win. Virat says that Anu should develop a correct strategy with Ishaan and focus on give and take with Ishaan. But Anu is scared that whether Ishaan will demand a personal need from him and again ruin her. No, this time it wont happen because we have Virat by her side. Today Anu is scattered because of Ishaan and its Virat's time to make her strong. So if Ishaan makes a demand, I am so sure that Virat will save her. Anu asks what if Ishaan disagrees with the conditions then Virat says that "Tum agar pehle se maankar beth jaogi ki nahi hoga, then you will keep running in denial. Anu tum palta maarne mein expert ho, Ishaan agar ha bole condition ke saath aur if he demands something personal then she shouldn't give it to him simple. But why the hell Anu wanted Ishaan to fight her case if she gets a death sentence?
After the denial dialogue, Anu said that I came to you for comfort. Tu Virat ne konsa tumhe torture kiya, he didn't even criticise her.
Anu calls the RL people for the night meeting to think about the strategy for Dada's case. Where is Virat? Sab the woh hi nahi 
Anu says that she trusts Ankita a lot. Le Dubegi tumhe yeh. What's wrong with Ankita, kabhi ladti hai kabhi lovey dovey ho jaati hai.
Anu meets Ishaan for her own selfish needs, which is fair. She talks to Ishaan like a friend and is behaving like a mature girl in front of him. Mitha ban kar bhi apna stand kaise correctly lena hai koi Anu se seekhe. Ishaan is still hoping for a rebirth, but Anu strongly says a No to him. Ishaan and his story of rebirth is to give a birth to their love and kill their love after 4 months. Aur phir rehab mein jao aur phir tapak pado aur phir punarjanam ki baate karo.
Anu says that she has a strong reason to believe that Dada is not guilty in this particular case and the FD is making Dada a scapegoat, because they cannot catch the big fish. She says that Dada is ready to be surrendered under the condition of house arrest. Ishaan immediately says that Anu has a plan in her mind and again he uses her addiction of humanity to change her mind but she is so much committed to her work that she refuses to go against Dada. Ishaan says that the big fish is in her family and adds that if Dada agrees to help the FD to provide the info against Mehta then and only then he will help her. Now one more twist for Anu. Anu thought that Ishaan wont agree to her but he agreed. Instead he brought an unexpected condition. Now what will Dada do?
