she was shown taking medicines for her panic attacks .She is mentally ill,
then everyone in the show is mentally ill, kavya tried suicide once, vanraj went to therapy leaving his parents, anupama too had penik attack during the competition (bohot baar hua hai yeh toh) anuj was depressed when his "meri anu" Left him for good
She tried to commit suicide when she got panic attack after Shruthi got shot. This shows that she is mentally unstable,

Even young babies just months old will express separation anxiety, stranger anxiety. We don’t instantly declare that babies have a mental disorder or illness. Parents( in their 40’s 50’s) also go through anxiety and depression when the kids leave home. A phase of empty nesters take time to cope with. Anxiety that stems from separation (& neglect in this case) isn’t genetic by any means.Aadhya ko genetic mental disorder hai koi Trauma nahi hai ….ye kuch naya hai ? 😂
Coming back to Adhya,initially her separation anxiety was not even acknowledged, leave alone addressing it. Which has grown into hatred for the person she thought was her mother. Anupamaa and Anuj yelling back at her is only going make it worse. I feel sorry those who have a narrow mind to turn a blind eye and continue to remain ignorant.
