Her dialogue is actually true, if they go for out of court settlement, kal kisi aur ko uda sakti hain as the culprit will know he/she can get bail just by offering money.

On an another angle ,I felt for Armaan want this case to be close fastly...Zyada drama hone se pehle sab kadam kar dete hai .....Ab aa toh gayi..kyun zyada uljhano me padkar apna zindagi zyada uljhana hai.

Hit and run is a bailable offence ..please writers ..don’t make up shit ..the police can themselves choose to release her on the basis of a personal bond ..if you are not competent enough to do basic research to write legal cases, don’t even make an attempt ….nothing is a bigger turnoff than booboos in legal/ medical cases …stick to your saas bahu nonsense ..but the sad truth is this set of writers is not even capable of writing the basic ITV drama …any other creative team would have had a field day with the kind of plots they have ..but they screw up every single time in writing and execution
