Mauli and Rahul stop Mini’s wedding and reveal Vicky’s truth - choti chachi starts liking them and they get Mini’s support.

Manas’ truth is revealed and Rauli save her job, with Mauli falling for Rahul and Rahul confessing about Rati.

Mauli solves Majanta and Chacha Chachi married life - all four are now on team Mauli. Rahul falls for her but can’t commit because he is in a relationship with Rati. Rati is jealous.

Rauli get Manisha married. Bua and Phupha on their side.
Rahul confesses to Mauli and then Rauli confess to the family. Tanjay, Swarjay and oldies confused.

Mauli saves MWG. Janki and the old men also start thinking that Rauli are better suited for each other.

Vaibhav truth comes out. She tries to reason with Vaibhav, Swarjay hear her - start supporting her.

So it’s Tanjay and Rati vs Rauli and everyone else. TanJay support Rati because they think Rahul is wrong to abandon her and consider her to be bahu material. Rauli bring out the truth like she lied about saving the house and sent Mauli to jail and that Rahul took advantage of her. They kick her out and accept Rauli.

Rati’s dad stops his investment, Vaibhav grows more resentful and tries to sabotage the wedding. Probably Mauli saves his daughter from some accident and Vaibhav stops hating Mauli and hates only Rahul now.

This way none of Mauli’s deeds so far would go unnoticed and viewers would actually like the members of the family and want Rauli to live in this house. Currently the show’s name is Mehendi Wala Ghar but no one actually wants Rauli to live in that godforsaken house.

Right now they just seem thankless and selfish. Not a single person has any redeeming quality. Nonsensical twists. Why did they actually show Mauli solving all their problems when noone actually cares about any good she has ever done? Abhi tak ke show ka matlab kya hai?

Most of the things u've mentioned have happened albeit in a very twisted way. Well I guess that's what the writers too want I guess for Rauli to leave the house ofcourse with proper reason & backing which was not shown in Manoj's case.

It's not like no one cares there r ppl like obviously Rahul, cutie chachi & Manoj who do genuinely care for her. Show ka kya matlab hai ye to after this 7 days thing clear ho jayega.

Yes they all are so sorted than any of these people. They need to be here doing whatever they can even the simple help like they did in Manas case is sufficient from them rather than being àbsent from the whole scenario and just come in last for muh dikhai.

This 7 day thing is a gonna be an eye opener for Mauli I feel. Agreed my gut feeling says Rauli will get married at the end of 7 day challenge anyhow.

True youngsters presence is much needed.

Yup. Vaibhav ke jealousy towards RaHit ko redeem karne keliye he'll be shown as a bechara Bakra whom Rati utilised.

That is what I mean. People should be multi faceted. I get that. But when you write about a joint family, you have to balance the bad qualities with the redeeming ones. Take Baa Bahoo aur Baby for example - Baa is righteous but they show us that the family dislikes her strictness and that she was wrong many times; the older son is too blinded by his mother; the younger one is too focussed on money. But they also show us the brothers caring for their family and giving them their all. So in the end the audience roots for everyone in that family.

But here, no good qualities are shown. They keep telling us that Janki Maa has to be respected but she hasn’t done anything good till now. Other than being old, what is her redeeming quality? Everyone is one dimensional.

Even we watch the show for Rauli. And it is completely fine to put them in the middle for every storyline. But don’t make your entire star cast negative. Itna gira diya hai ki who cares if Mehndi Wala Ghar breaks apart? Even if they would have demolished the house, not a single viewer would have shed a tear. Wahin, there was a similar story on BBB, if I remember correctly, and people were so invested. Weekend show hone ke bawajood.

I really regret missing BBB as my one of the regularly watched show.

We see in fbs how janki maa loved and raised all the sons equally and taught them values but what she has actually done for the kids or the families or the bahus is no where clear. At most of the time she has come out as more self centered, doing only what she believes to be right and cares for the things that are in her favor. She nowhere comes as unbiased, righteous or highly valued.

Yes at this point nobody cares for rauli and to an extent for their team, and the other characters are so unidimentional that we don't expect anything from them, in fact don't even care about them most of the time. The show needs to work on the development of other characters and making them more realistic if they want the idea of big happy joint family to work.

True they won't be destroying him or making him a negative character being the NWG sadasya so it's most likely that he will be appearing as haay bechara one at the last.
