He is not hinting towards jhanak. The accident has destroyed some girl career forever and the person should get the punishment . But yes he is not trusting jhanak completely. Tbh I don’t have stamina on analysing ANI dialogues anymore that what he thinks or what he does not bcoz he has been faking 24/7. As he said yeh natak hi ab meri zindagi hai. So every time he will be faking whenever he speaks and only his monologues are true.
