On X people do not want to spare any thought to the amount of character growth that Armaan has undergone or even his trauma. Everything he does is not good enough

Similarly, here no thought is spared to the Mental and emotional abuse that Abhira has suffered. Her constant struggle. She is wrong only because she is hurt? Or is struggling to trust Armaan? Even though Ruhi's thing was all his fault

Why does everything have to be so extreme?

When you can like and try to understand both characters

They both are flawed and they both are complex. Humans

They both love each other unconditionally.

Abhira has always been there for Armaan through everything in these past 10 months.

Armaan is slowly building himself up for Abhira again. Trying to be her support now that she is down and lost

It's ok to not be ok all the damn time. To lash out after constant abuse. To make mistakes. To not always say all the right things. To be insecure

One thing I will say is both characters are not "equally" flawed. They are both imperfect.

But Armaan has made many more mistakes than Abhira.

But Armaan is getting a wonderful redemption now which I am thrilled to see. It's wonderful that he is showing growth, realizing and fixing things.

We all understand Armaan behaves the way he did because of his conditioning etc.

But it still doesn't excuse many of his actions. Especially the lies regarding Ruhi and letting her interfere in the marriage and forgetting insaniyat in anger.

Abhira has endured a lot.

And it seems that watching Armaan pay for what all he has done to be cruel to Ab, do his time to gain her trust and even get a small fragment of what he has put Ab through is too tough to swallow 🙄

Yeah. The simple point is anybody in Abhira's place would have lashed out about the Ruhi thing

That woman used to bully Abhira. Her husband/Friend knew the reason and could have easily stopped her. But he didn't. He didn't. He instead sided with the said bully on multiple occasions. Abhira asked him countless times. She had every right to know. Especially when she is constantly getting bullied for it

If my friend/Lover sides with my bully. Of course, I am going to lash out and have trust issues

That does not mean that ABhira does not love him or does not deserve him. Nobody has ever loved Armaan the way Abhira does

Armaan is on the right track.

I am sure they will reunite and have their happy ending at some point

Its baffling to me why such a good track where Armaan is finally realizing and growing should get so much criticism.

Why is it so hard to see him also endure a little bit of what he has put Ab through.

Unlike Ab he has support. His cousins, chacha-chachi are encouraging and supportive. Infact even Madhav has made it apparent that for all the road blocks he has created he wants Ar to succeed. He told Ar to focus on showing real love not frills.

And Ab herself has been honest and transparent about how hard it is to see him and not be with him, how she can never hate him, how much she loves him but is unable to forget the things that have happened. She is standing there telling him she still loves him the most even when she's upset.

What more can she do?! She's so transparent about her vulnerabilities.

How many people defended Armaan on the basis of his childhood trauma or his conditioning ? He got called out didn’t he ? So will Abhira if people find her annoying and bratty ..everyone has a right to feel a certain way about a certain character….and to say what they will about it ..none of us are walking around with scales to measure X vs Y.:if X irritates, X will be called out and so also Y ..of late, I have found Abhira extra annoying, bratty and hypocritical ..there I’ve said it

@mods please feel free to hand down WLs or whatever it is you do when people are reported to you…when Armaan was being bashed left right and centre, including by yours truly, I don’t recall anyone trying to talk down or question the stance .. the fact is now there is so much talking down that is happening to people who call out Abhira’s actions….the fact that all of this is not being reported does not change facts …it simply means we don’t care …people can say what they want …anyway do what you have to !!

I think it's a bit unfair to say no thought has been spared for Abhira and everything she has endured.. In fact most of us are coming from the space of liking Abhira for who she was but also not being fond of what is being made of her!

And in saying that, her constant struggle atleast after the divorce (she's not aware of the truth) is part her own doing! Is there absolutely no other city that offers jobs to lawyers?? Did she have to stick around and do everything she did?? Even at the cost of letting herself run dry on money, food, shelter, everything??

Let's also for a moment say she was going and Madhav stopped her... but what of everything after?? She forgave Armaan for everything she said today until the Ruhi truth came about and I said this earlier in another post as well that everything she said today was valid, but it shouldn't have been said today! This should have all come out when Armaan had parked himself outside her house! Her father did help her with a written list and told her why she shouldn't forgive Armaan.. That was the time to say these are all the reasons why I don't want anything to do with you.. because of you I had to endure everything Yada Yada.. Her mother had been dead then too! But chalo teekh Hai she didn't. She gave in and forgave him.. But what about after the Ruhi lie came out?

She vehemently promised before god she will move on and all that jazz and then she's back?? In fact she should have told Madhav too that I need some space to figure out my life and I'm going to take your advice and forget Armaan but I need to getaway from his face for that.. But she chose to not only stick around but also eventually move into PH willingly?? For whatever reason.. but willingly.. and knowing very well what that family has done to her..

So if she had used the words again after having already told him all that before, would've been different but after bringing it all upon herself (atleast recent stuff) to now claim she wished Armaan never came to save her that day is a low blow!!

And I said it before I'm saying it again! When Armaan did wrong and he did loads of it no dispiriting, he was called out.. So if Abhira is going one wrong, she can get called out just as much.. what I personally have an objection to atleast is that when Abhira is called out it becomes bad writing and part of the narrative, but when Armaan makes a mistake it's all him and he uses Abhira as a punching bag etc!

Armaan hurt Abhira no doubt and Abhira has all the right to hurt him back but I remember reading on this very forum that Abhira was different and she would never guilt trip anyone! I suppose we are all just venting out our frustration on the fact that that Abhira has now gone missing somehow and just because Armaan needs to realise and redeem himself doesn't mean Abhira has to fall and become the older and probably mellower but older version of Armaan in terms of just lashing out at the only person she can in the name of being upset or hurt... If I remember right, that's exactly what Armaan used to do barring the degree of lashing out!

Also, the biggest problem here is unlike u said, many think Abhira is perfect and has no flaws.. and I'm in some way saying the same thing! She has and is making mistakes too . She needs to pause, gather her thoughts, take a break, find another city and decide what she wants from life and love! Armaan will follow her in a heartbeat anyway!

Yeah take action..now why targetting on mere sharing of views is not being seen...like yesterday..

Everyone had right or not to share their views kindly make this clear...

I should not have to feel guilty for sharing my opinion. What happened to freedom of speech? Why so much commotion when FL is being criticised? But when characters like Armaan Roohi are badly trolled all is well? Why can’t people appreciate and criticise who they like rather than trying to control peoples opinions.
