J is double minded, she does not know what she wants. She need to grow a brain that thinks logically. I have sympathy for her because she is the one always on the weak side of the equation, and has history that does not allow her to follow her mind.
Ani issue is - he has always made clear, he will not leave Arshi no matter what. How can he expect J to stand up for their marriage in front of his family, when he does not. To act like he does not know what he is asking of J in the eyes of society?

Then he brings her to BH house saying he cannot live without her and then tells her she came to BH even tho she knew Arshi will not take it well and why is she then upset? Okay dont stand up for the marriage infront of the family ..did she ever accept it to him atleast ., no...why ..didnt she have any attachment to him to even talk about her feelings . As far as what I remember he was trying to tell about his dil ki baat and she again slammed him.... His talk for me was a continuation of his confession in Kashmir ..And after sangeet she insulted him way too much which resulted in him behaving too odd with her now.
Blame is always on Anirudh as we feel bad for a female character. And I am not being a misogynist but I feel Jhanak has done more damage to their relation in her way to show herself MAHAN.
He is also a human being , he can also feel sad , hurt , frustrated , angry ...and all kind if emotions
