Ayasha has a history of killing people it seems. She eliminated Nitya when she could not get her to accept her offer and then she was bitter about rejection from Maan. She trapped Nitya and Geet, but this time she got trapped herself. Maan knew something was off and he planned it to perfection. Ayasha's guilty conscious could not handle the ghost and confessed everything.

Nitya is the lookalike from the picture. She loved Maan but now that she found a new family she was happy with, she could not leave them. She is letting go of Maan and staying with her current family. Too much has changed for her to go back to the past.

Ranjit will now know how great his choice was. He never knew her true colors. He might not be alive today if Maan did not plan everything just right.

all past ayesha confess her intentions in fear of death by shadow of nitya love of maan whom she killed few years back to destroy maan for rejecting her
