Maybe there is a strong reason to his not leaving Arshi - something tied to his family’s rejection of him. Maybe he feels dumped that’s why even his breakdown to Jhanak was so emotional. He wants assurance from J but also wants to make sure he does not reject anyone like he was

her maasi is sasti aunty who has many a times tried to put her in peril without a second thought. As much I dislike her staying at BH, staying with Sasti aunty is more dangerous. Better yet stay in hostel as such
