When in very first episode anupama went to her friend with Devika though anupama prepare all food amd kept on fridge and when vanraj returns from office he got angry then why anupama went out and vanraj get angry that it is 6pm and and anupama did nlt given him tea exactly at 6 pm

There were pakhi toshu at home also but they did not themselves take food from fridge and reheat and even vanraj and baa not even told toshu pakhi to.take food from fridge reheat and serve to every body neither vanraj ask pakhi to make ea for him

Each time, right from episode #1, when Anupmaa was insulted/scolded by Vanraj, why did she not stand up for herself?

In epi#1 when he threw her out of the house, neither baa nor bapuji came for her. She herself could have stood up for herself.

Each time, Vanraj insulted her for her every little thing, she could have either corrected herself or spoke back to him. She was mute and let him keep on abusing her. This is what kids have seen all their life, that their mother is good for nothing like their father says. They think it is okay to continue to abuse her because she doesn't retort at all.

Instead she could have stood her ground, corrected herself, spoken against him and be an example for her children that nobody should tolerate abuse. Everyone deserves to be happy in their own space. But, how can we expect this from Anupamaa?
