Haryana already has given water.

It is Himachal who hasn't given water that has Congress Govt.

water logging ho gaya hain, 10 yrs in Delhi and now in MCD too, still no rain water harvesting or any work done to stop Delhi from stopping just by small rain.

Major problem across India is lack of proper water conservation methods, authorities and tanker Mafia are hand in gloves only after short term perks ignoring the bigger picture of depleting ground water levels. Sadly state or regional governments talk only about their local issues instead of focusing on the really important solution or tackling the compounding challenge of scarcity of resources due to several environmental factors including illegal encroachments.
