Manish Goenka should have exactly 0% say in Abhira's life. I REALLY want her to be pissed at them. If not for herself, she shouldn't keep any relationship with them because of how they treated her mother. Plus, if Ruhi blames Akshara for her mom's death, I do not think that will go well with Abhira in any situation.

I know Armaan has done wrong with Abhira, but the guy is damn alone even with a big family.There is no one to support him or take stand for him. Ruhi's whole family is there for her. And that is why you cant help but feel terribly bad for him. Unlike Abhira, he does have a big family to show, but is as lonely as a person. Its worse to a certain extent because at least Abhira did have unconditional love of her mother once upon a time, while Armaan's flesh and blood treat him like shit. Well, the good thing is that this phase of separation is temporary.
