I can think of two reasons one may be Rahul wants divorcee tag so that his family can agree to his n Mauli's marriage for that i am sure usne Rati se baat ki hogi ki help me as friend or else i think Rahul took this step in anger....idk y bt i feel Mauli ne shaadi karne se mana kar diya hoga as we discussed she will not agree and that could have triggered him and in anger he did this(this will completely ruin his character)

I don't want any of this to happen bt just bts dekh ke came to this two conclusion

Nahi hone bhi nahi chahiye. I know another great serial (for me) jaha pe ML ne FL se shadi le liye approach karte karte antagonist se court marriage kar li thi due to some misunderstanding. But this was because there were already some problems and confusion in their relationship. Rauli ka to achcha khasa chal raha tha aur just start hu hua hai ye step bilkul bhi acceptable nahi hai rahul ka.

Achcha khasa rahul usi din mandir/court jane ki tayyari me tha Mauli ne mahan mode on kar diya. Mera hi Mauli par overconfidence backfire ho gaya🤕
