Don’t think it was dhamaki it almost sounds like cry for help like he is feeling like dying , he is that suffocated. I want to wait till actually episode airs to understand the emotions better before I say anything else. At least they are talking which is what I wanted. Expressing what one feels is important. At least he is doing that , I want jhanak to do the same
