As i said practically it's a solid move but unfortunately, do this society allow a girl to decide her number of babies? Also who knows woh ladka shadi sy pehly mann jata aur shadi ky baad badal jata.

The idea is to bring changes to these cultural norms

"I want one child" is not that small tho.It should be a mutual decision of both partners. Also her motive behind this is so meaningful but unfortunately, it's not easy to change social and culture norm. But glad that this drama is trying to give such message.

That's the main point of the show naa. It's breaking stereotypes. The problems Meenu faces are relatable but the solutions she gets are usually out of the box.

Uncertainty har cheez main hoti hai, we can only try to do the right thing.

I think the serial hit the nail on the head- large sections of society, even urban viewers consider these conversations taboo. And women’s right over her body and premarital conversations around this are considered too forward & cultural unacceptablesmiley20

The messages this drama is giving are commendable and the way they are conveying them, too good.

That's why it is a deal breaker. She doesn't want more than one child, it is possible that the guy who came to see her for marriage wants more kids so she told him beforehand that she wants only one child, if he wants more he can refuse to marry her.

It is not easy and this drama won't change anything, dramas don't have the ability to do it but it is starting a discussion

Like we are discussing if a woman should or should not say it, ultimately it depends on temperament and nature of the individual

Some women find it way too forward and some resonate with it, both are correct. What do we do? We accept both and work for both

I watched this episode 3 times already 😭

I am so happy that the pregnant lady didn't die, I am so used to trauma baiting that I was ready for crying thinking about death of mother and child but Meenu's resilience and mother's fight for her baby and her health was rewarded

One more point of discussion is that you don't need something to go wrong terribly to bring a change, one shouldn't always wait for the worst to happen before course correction, I love how the conversation started after baby and mother were saved because them being in that difficult situation itself calls for course correction, they didn't need to die for it

Hero's entry in the village was good too, I am waiting for their romance to start
