Yes you have to name actor to replace the actor whose character you would want to be recasted.

See this is sheep game it not necessarily be the correct answer or right one, it could be character which you like and any actor you wish would have played him instead of current one.

There is nothing mandatory but a fun way to think, hope that makes sense.
