The episode begins with Krish telling Bindiya that they are going to the hospital tomorrow to abort the baby. Payal overhears their conversation and thinks Krish is disrupting her plans. She decides to act concerned in front of the Shukla family. Bindiya asks Krish if he is alright, but Krish insists he does not want to argue. Indu questions Baldev about why Krish refuses, and Amma expresses confidence that Krish will ultimately listen to Bindiya. Sakshi wonders what will happen if Krish disagrees, but Indu urges her to stay positive. Payal then comes in, crying, and informs everyone that Krish wants to abort the baby, although she secretly agrees with his decision.

Baldev confronts Krish, calling abortion a crime, and the family criticizes Krish for his decision. Indu demands an explanation, while Payal pretends to support Bindiya, asking Krish if he consulted her before deciding. Krish tells Payal to stay out of it, and Baldev insists that if Krish has issues with the baby, he should keep his distance rather than decide for everyone. Amma pleads with Krish to reconsider. Krish argues that as the father, he has the first right to choose and insists they will proceed with the abortion tomorrow. Bindiya runs away in distress. Indu scolds Krish, lamenting that her leniency has led to this situation. She firmly states that the abortion will not happen and urges the family to perform a puja for the baby's well-being.

Baldev, Amma, Indu, Sakshi, and Pankaj leave for the temple. Payal tries to speak to Krish, but Bindiya requests to talk to him alone, sending Payal to the temple. Bindiya questions Krish's decision to take away her happiness, revealing she knows the truth from the doctor. Krish argues that her life is at risk, but Bindiya insists she cannot willingly end her baby's life. She declares that if she loses the baby, it would feel like dying while still alive. Despite her pleas, Krish leaves to arrange the abortion.

At the temple, the family begins the puja. Meanwhile, Bindiya notices a storm brewing and closes the doors and windows. Nidhi starts experiencing labour pains and asks Bindiya to call Amma and Indu. Bindiya tries to reach Krish and discuss the pregnancy with the doctor. The doctor confirms the risks, and Krish schedules the termination for the next day. Unable to contact anyone, Bindiya learns that roads are closed due to the storm and decides to take Nidhi to the hospital on a scooter. However, Nidhi's condition worsens, and she is about to deliver.

As the family continues the puja, Bindiya calls the doctor, who advises her to deliver the baby home due to the storm. The doctor guides Bindiya through a video call, instructing her to lay Nidhi down and prepare for the delivery.
