I think his entry will be towards the end of next epi or after 1 epi..but it should be soon since Malaika ka patta cut chuki and his job is also likely no more...

Here's my guess for what we might expect next

Meenu will save her friend and possibly the child for which the politician family will arrange a programme to recognise her handling of such a desperate situation and she will ask him instead of rewarding her to arrange for a proper doctor for the village paving the way for Dr. Nofel's arrival. Nofel might be given this as a "punishment posting".

As for the rishta, I think Meenu will find a way for the lawyer to break it off.
