Also did anyone think the first scene was inserted that is the bedroom changed, the scene was shot and added later.

Same when Nadia Afghan was talking to Andleeb's father. There was VO when she mentioned her age.

Seems like director added it later.

I might be wrong, but it felt so.

Maybe to sell the age gap trope? I'm not buying it.

So you were expecting character development from just 3 episodes? It will take some for her character to develop. And even after the character development, we might still see a glimpse of Umeed in Andaleeb because Andaleeb is also a bubbly character like Umeed.
