I would have preferred J's acceptance to be more private and not as public. We will have more torturous scenes at BH, and she will deserve it for bringing this out at the worst possible moment.

I know we dont like Arshi, but between these 2 they have treated her pretty shabilly, and for what? That she was very protective of her long term relationship with a man who confessed to loving her every day.
Yes she is not seeing fully what is right in front of her eyes. Arshi knows Ani is otherwise a very nice and kind person. Also he always justifies himself and says he loves her. She is excusin him because she wonders the same as us...if he really loved J, he would marry her wouldnt he?

Arshi will have to be the collateral damage and pay the price for her mom's sins - not that I have much sympathy for her either , she is a Frankenstein in the making , moulded and conditioned by her mom 
My only sympathies are for Vinayak, he deserved and deserves better
