Sorry to disagree, sometimes a single decision can destroy a whole business.

Today I was watching a case study regarding the TATA and their business success and failures. In it, it was said Tata had a subsidiary called nelco which was less market share, so management asked The Ratan Tata to revive the company. He almost succeeded in doing so, but govt changed some laws which turned out to be fatal for nelco and eventually it goes bankrupt. You can't say Tata's doesn't have a solid foundation or they neglected the issues or you can't say both The Ratan Tata and J. R. D Tata are incompetent. Sometimes it happens.

So coming back, Manish was shown taking some stupid decision in his emotions. And he never had a talk with ruhi regarding the problems in the business, even though he was shown admitting that ruhi can save the business from crisis. So the mess happened in goneka business is solely due to manish goneka not ruhi.

Agreed that she slept with armaan in the same bed, but remember even after that she boldly declared in front of ruhi and armaan that she will leave after one year, she even asked him to go back to his ex, she even said that their relationship is only for 1 year not lifelong. Who will do that. If she believes her relationship is only year she should have never shared the bed. She should have kept her away from his family matters never fight with them. She is for 1 year, they are family even after that. Why should she make them hate her.

Her change only came once she fell in love with him. She fell for him, wanted him in her life, but knew his family doesn't like her. It should have been avoided if she had not unnecessarily fought with his family

Abhira is the most bechari girl in Rishta yaar. Despite having internship in the past usko sab ke liye gift karne me interest thi instead of saving money. I don't blame her...after all her mummy ne bhi kuch save nahi kiya hai for her daughter . Abhira bechari ban gaya after lottery wala pati gave divorce to her. In all of this, somehow Ruhi is at fault for all the struggle of Abhira.

Exactly, business can go bankcrupt just from a single move from the management. That's why it is important to take decision with risk analysis.

Manish has wasted his money for the fraud case without checking anything. His stupid and careless decisions have brought to this situation. When Ruhi was handling business with them they did not have any issue. When the mess has been created by Manish how come it is Ruhi's fault?
