Yeah, the guts are missing high time! In front of Arshi, he actually becomes a scared puppy! I don't know if it is guilt towards her that is making him do that or simply he do not want to disappoint his family. He loves his family which is very apparent. No matter what they do, he has a lot of patience with them.

ex. him telling Bipasha to help in the kitchen yesterday... he spoke as if he is not aware of the fact that Bipasha is lazy and does not help intentionally.

He trusts the words much more than anything. Way too logical guy!

Choton was crying buckets at the railway station, but Ani was not. He is the one who reminds Jhanak about catching the train so much. At one point I was like bus kar bhai!! What's in his heart is not in his mouth. From the inside, he was crying but its not on his face. There was so much restraint! With Jhanak he expressed a little, but Jhanak shut him down. In front of his family, I don't think he is ever real or expresses his true feelings. He speaks for others sure! But when it comes to him ...Lies and deception

That is why I feel bad for Anirudh .

There are people like Anirudh who has the guts to fight for the family or friends whom they care for .

Like how he puts it I have less people whom I consider my own . He can battle for them .Like how he stands for Jhanak.

He doesnt express himself to anyone . Initially I thought he opens up with Choton . But no he keeps all his sadness within himself .Many times Choton comes to speak with him he doesnt speak about himself .....Choton cried at the station , but Anirudh didnt . Is it because he is not sad , no he doesnt express it .The train ....was to divert his own attention .The pain these kind of people hold in their heart is unbearable .

Jhanak I guess is one person whom he feels comfortable to open up all his feelings .But she cant take all his feelings at the moment . They could have become good friends then it would have been easy for him to share his thoughts with her .

He has a lot of pain in his heart which he doesnt express .He lies about him as he doesnt want to express himself .He should find his comfort zone to open up.

Arshi inspite of long relation couldn't become his best friend .. ...what more can I say about them !!May be guilt not scared by any means..

We all agree Ani is not right here. May be because of guilt he is not breaking the marriage himself but why isnt Arshi. She is hell bent on proving that Anirudh is cheating on her but then why not break up! It's just a one up manship game that Arshi Is playing right now. It just ego for Arshi and guilt for Ani I think.

Yeah, and I hope they show this side of him more clearly. If there are mental blockheads, show it! If there is depression, show it! Give us some more monologues to understand him! I feel bad for him too. He has a pure heart but he is surrounded by people who do not feel any empathy. How Tammi was talking yesterday about Jhanak, must have been killing him. If he decides to even be with Jhanak, he will still be at a crossroads because of his family. He is going through a lot, yes. But show it!

My issue is all these "maybe"s, we have to assume so much to understand this character, you know? Why don't they sometimes tell us his inner thoughts explicitly? Krushal is great at expressing it yes, but yesterday it was falling short for me to understand what is going on in his head.

Ek baar ke liye, i will try to understand Ani but Arshi! Not a chance! Not after all this!

It might be emotionally breaking for her too , but it will save her life .

I agree it might be emotionally wrecking to break the relationship for Arshi as well. (But the way they showed their relationship I doubt it heavily). However, even if it's emotionally difficult it's still what she ought to do because it will get worse after marriage!!
