Aside from all that Armaan said today and the bike stuff, I also liked the scene with his friend!! His friend talking of leading a fun life instead of a content life reminded him of his fun times with Abhira! And our man finally sees some slightly fun and different flashback scenes! Was so bored of the divorce/court stuff making an appearance constantly!!

Disappointment is the only constant on ITV One step forward and two steps back always! but yes, happy to focus on the step forward and wait for the rain sequence

ITV viewing requires a certain technique ..skip all that you don’t want to watch and just tune in when a track that you want to watch plays out ..I don’t see the point of investing in negativity for the sake of a stupid show ..so good ..looks like good times are a coming ..Will watch those parts and when the next ugly rough patch hits, will just tune back out ..

Today's episode was everything 🥹 I was scared the makers don't know how to do romance but the hand holding scene was so on point 🫠

Having watched this show from inception, I can say safely that more often than not, Rishta has messed with every character in some respect! Blame it on not wanting a full blown vamp, but they do believe in giving extreme questionable qualities to them that has obviously become more and more questionable with every season! season 1 may have been closest to reality but surely season 2 onwards the leads especially have both been messed with at varying points in the story!! There is no way else to sustain a story for as long as they have!! And the smartness is to take it all with an ounce of salt and watch when it works and tap out when it doesn't and that surely requires ITV experience and detachment! Lol!!

They messed with Armaan more than they did Abhira this season but in the last week they obviously tried to subtly say Abhira's situation is also a result of her own doing even if done in good faith! It's a different story that most people want to take sides and butcher the other! It's a much easier watch to treat them as faulted individuals trying to get on a journey together! But oh well!
