I don't think so. Season 2 was fair in terms of toxicity, if male lead was toxic, female lead clapped back at him and they both pined for each other, so it was fine. Idk about season 3 but even then Akshara had a family to support her. Iha pe toh the male lead's so much insufferable. None of his feelings for abhira are shown, and instead he and his family just insults her and walks all over her as if she's a doormat.

Only thing i can think of is that court agreed to finalize divorce in 15 days unless either of the party wants to contest the divorce terms or couple wants to try reconciliation. Sanjay Bansal forged documents to show divorce is already finalized in 2 days as he wanted Abhira out of the house asap. Then unknown to him, shaadi-in-8-days track started. If marriage happens as scheduled, Armaan can charged for bigamy, Sanjay for forging documents both criminal offence.
