Why does Anupamaa always belittle herself/ Toshu Tip

Also when Toshu got that tip… is Anu mental ? In which country especially USA when Tip is needed you will share it with ur friends is she Dumb

@ bold: I just wanted to tell you that some service employers like to collect all the tips in a "tip box" and then at the end of the day divide it equally among all the workers. This typically happens when the employees are getting a little more than the minimum hourly wage from that employer. Where as some others service employers like for the employee to keep their tips with them as their "hourly wages" are minimum and tips are a way to make extra money as they arent paid that well.

Anupama is a stupid show, they never told us what S&C's tip policy is for their employees and randomly showed Anupama snatching the money. but here in the US what I have said above is the reality!! Firstly, here in the US no one stanches anything from you, that is a typical Indian way of working here things are very sophisticated. Like the car wash place where I go to wash my car, I tip 1 person and he himself goes to the tip box and drops it off, his manager does not come over, snatches and put it in that box!!!! STUPID RAJAN SHAHI

The tip thing was really annoying, maange ke li yeah kuch bhi kiya ho,it was Toshu's tip,restraunt ko kyun dega voh,why did she have to snatch it?And then she cries when Toshu ultimately releases his frustration by doing something bad with her.

She's not the owner,she only paid the loan money taken on the restraunt's guarantee,not the actual restraunt value,so she's technically his partner yes,but YD is not her boss.

No decent place will snatch, anywhere in the world.
