They would be able to tell na where the cheque was encashed. if they see that its a transaction they dont recognize, they'd know Abhira didnt use it but someone stole it.

Also Ishaan never slept with Savi or crossed any boundary as Savi never considered the marriage as real and considered it temporary. Otherwise, Ishaan was all fine with taking the marriage for lifetime even though he wasn’t in love with Savi. He just went the flow and didn’t even have one heartbreak for supposedly losing Reeva and not being able to marry her.
