Just a few days ago, I was crashing & back on medication - so having to hear so much abt death is unpleasant to say the least. Its not like real world news is any less toxic. Jhanak's toxicity did make my already bad state worse at a point, so much that I completely skipped the episodes. Its actually worrisome to think that they're writing all this and passing it off as normal. They absolutely shdn't. I am sorry to hear about your relapsing. It's a tough and tenuous battle always flipping sides whimsically. I guess today was the day "Life" won over "Death" so I didn't feel much. I would say if this triggered you, you should avoid it until you regain stability. Learning to work around depression and triggers is a continuous and long process.

As for mental health in India, it's a big joke. Almost all the psychiatrists I talked with were very judgmental and tried to guilt trip me into accepting it was my fault when all they are supposed to do is provide a neutral safe space for patients to open up and talk and guide them into self-introspection and realization when and if necessary. When even professionals don't know what in the eff they are doing, I wouldn't assume Makers in entertainment business to be self-aware. If they are making a mockery out of sanctity of marriage itself, mental health is not far off.

They both were looking fof hints - when Ani asked what you said at home J says " Aapke liye jhut bolke ayi hun", he asks "sirf mere liye"?

He knows that she also wanted to be there.

Ani says when he comes to meet her and talk to her, he feels happy - "tum nahi samjhogi", J says "mein sab samajhti hun sirji".

Regarding the death talk, I think something big is gonna happen in Kashmir, and J would make a re entry in Bose house. Otherwide how the drama would continue?
