Yes he actually did! I had to watch that scene twice to confirm ki kahi kuch galat toh nahi sun liya. He said it in his usual arrogant demeanor. Dekha jaye toh it's Neeti who should have shown anger but yaha toh makers have made it seem like Raju ke saath duniya bhar ki injustice ho gayi ho!

Agreed! Very confusing scene indeed! By saying "Haan feel karta hu", he has basically confirmed that he still has feelings for her, thereby giving her a ray of hope again. Don't really understand what the makers are trying to do!
