The problem is, Runak have seen each other rejecting on multiple events whenever someone accuses them for being together or having an affair. They always refused to accept that there is something going on. So both of them think the other person has no feelings so they never bother to take things forward. That’s why you see their moods completely off or being sad or being disappointed. Jhanak thinks Ani is seriously in love with Arshi because she has seen him professing his love for her always even if doesn’t mean it. Similarly Ani thinks the same that she is in love with Rahul hence there is no point of pursuing her even though we have heard his monologues showing disapproval saying he will have to tolerate or he doesn’t like it.I know.. he locked all the door leading him to Jhanak now.. don’t know how that major turn will come.. these mini romance unless they confirm their feelings it won’t be that much .. as for him she is still loving Rahul & for her it’s Arshi

Moreover, whenever it’s about THEM, they always stand in front of the crowd so to really understand each other feelings at the moment is difficult because they are rather justifying their care to the rest of the people.
