Arjun gets suspended as he is accused of putting his team in harm's way, and he leaves Mumbai. Riya meets him on a bus, where she has come with her friends. She saves his life, and later he is proven innocent. Arjun goes to his dad's house but leaves without meeting him. Sam calls to ask about Arjun and finds out he wasn't there. The team apologizes after Arjun returns, and Arjun meets Riya again when a student dies or commits suicide at her college. Riya goes to Mumbai and is supposed to stay at Arjun's house, but he tells Sam to take her to his place instead. She gets angry and decides to stay with Sam. Arjun's dad meets Riya and really likes her. She also tells him about having a boyfriend, but it's a fake story. In the end, she proposes to him.
