Me too...

I know (and Jubilee confirmed it) that even before getting the first contract producers gave Muslim actors named Khan Hindi names as a condition to cast them.

Maybe, Dilip made this proposition himself but the fact that he had a double personality through his birth name and artist name isn't really healthy if one has already other negative personality traits.

Also the filmindustry is a field of work that can highten a narcissistic trait to an unexpected level.

Nevertheless, there also are good memories relative to Dilip Saab (his negative traits don't spoil the positive...to me).

When filmmaking started in India it was compared with nautanki n was looked down as work.

Most of the black n white era actors n singers were poor n were made to work since childhood.

And many muslims were left poor because of division of country. After riots happened during India's independence there was negativity against Muslims. Hence filmmakers used to change their names to gain acceptance amongst masses.

There was no social media that their real name would go easily viral neither media used to dig so deep like today.
