Neetu was 23-24 when she married Rishi. I believe, she wasn't well educated either.

Her young age, Rishi's dominating nature & their high society circle probably groomed her to think extra marital affairs as something very normal and casual. I feel bad for her younger self, she must have gone through strong inner conflict between her feelings and her surroundings.

That is how older generation is. Our generation get depressed at every little thing and older generation ignore everything. I used to think they are mentally strong. now idk.
