How to get link

Hi guys I need help. The setting link of my post not showing the link option. How do I get that. If any one know please let me know.

Click on #1 beside the setting icon

I think its the some sort of new update where they number the posts with # with the number and we get to click on that for link

True... New update is very confusing and irritating. What is the use of that # and number. Link works not that hashtag 👎🏻
