hum has favoritism but I think every channel has certain favorites. Geo seems really big on neelam, madiha, feroze, Imran abbas, ary seems very big on Hania, hiba, danish. Every channel has a few actors they repeat very often

I'm ok with geo and Ary favouritism because these are outsiders except Feroze who is a brother of Humaima but in the case of the hum they started hiring those Who cannot act for life with an exception of few Star kids like ahad, Hamza and Faryal if they Stop doing this their reputation would've been saved
