basically marriage has to be conducted with pheras and Pandit near havan kind to be justified as Hindu marriage 

So over here it is not a legal shadi .. 

but in rishta it is because Akshara got them registered marriage with witness n registrar .. so over there it is a civil marriage

Rishta has some fun elements but Ghum 2 is simply toxic and the ML ultimate moron 🙄 

they managed to surpass the toxicity of season 1 they should get an award for that
