The way Dragonsa and phufa keeps insulting her and her mom on every chance they gets who will take that crap ,they live in 18th century who doesn’t allow girls to go out and study ,work ,so nothing wrong Abhira helped Charu and Krish going against them, even today she said Mr.Bansal should understand his kids 1st.it’s better to stay away from the ppl who doesn’t respect her and her family, she is earning money unlike Ruhi so she can afford her food and accommodation.
Poddar’s ke ghar mein kaha safety hai ,Yuvi kidnapped her from PH ,because of dragonsa she got kidnapped in Missouri and more than anything that creepy babhi is always stalking her in that house. As Abhira said jhoote bharthan bhi manjhegi,no one should live in the place where there is no respect.

Its a shame to show this narrative though and forcibly potray poddars as not so horrible.

Her friend is the same person who had the magnanimity to offer a home to Abhira (despite knowing she's married to poddars) in her budget, arrange food, offer to pay her share for party cost too before Abhira herself paid up. So its tough to buy that she sold the assignment. At least photocopy bechti instead of original.

I'd still take this friend over poddars. At least friend ki majbiri thi but Poddars are just entitled brats.

We as viewers know it's suffocating to stay at a place like poddar house. But jab se abhira ghar se nikli hain, duhkhon ka pahad uske sar pe aa gira hain, mushkil se she arranged a hostel room, daily facing some or the other challenge in hostel. Toh might be makers are trying to show that poddar house ke aliens are better than outside world. Dekho kuch bhi karke she needs to return to poddar house, toh she will again face problems until she doesn't agree to return.
