ab ayega asli maza. Abhira is over him and his family. She is still recovering from the heartache but she knows what she has seen and heard from Armaan and his family and she has fully shut  down the idea of her and Armaan together. now she will only focus on distancing herself from him every day. she may move back in for Madhav Vidya sake but its temporary.  she will help everyone but no longer out of seeing them as family but because she has things to settle before leaving for good with no regrets, no baggage. She is gonna retreat into her own shell and now Armaan will have to move mountains to make Abhira change her mind, if at all. 

I want her to shut him out. go silent. and stop giving him explanations.

Tab ayega angst and hopefully some sort of character growth in Armaan.

there is a good chance that she knows about Ruhi and he .. with the family pushing for a reconcilaition, the only way Ruhi can get her way is if Abhira steps away herself ..either one of old ladies of the Goenka family or Ruhi herself could have gone and pleaded their case with Abhira ..a divorce out of the blue makes no sense when even today she seems to be expecting Armaan to call her ..

I also love how this promo has NO ruhi! good riddance. hopefully they reduce her meaningless SS and focus on Armaans character growth

its not out of the blue. she expected a call because she is still recovering from heartbreak. but she told herself it was stupid because she is shutting him out of her life now for  a reason. And if she finds out about Ruhi, then sone peh suhaaga. no more lies from Armaan are possible. she will properly move on knowing he loves Ruhi. she doesnt need to stay on in a marriage which has no meaning, no respect, no trust from Armaan's side to her.

she is still thinking of him ..she is not over their relationship ..that is patently obvious ..there has to be a trigger for her to serve divorce papers ..the question is what is the trigger 

atleast it may serve some good angst and Armaan suffering, repenting and hopefully having some character progression and putting Ruhi in place and re-evaluating his priorities in life.

I was thinking the same but then it's a major revelation, if this is the case then they should've included it in the promo. But something will definitely trigger her to take this step. If it's Ruhi-armaan's past then the story is definitely moving towards RuHaan wedding or Armaan finally taking a stand and telling bhabhi to F off
