I think Varun was pretty good looking from the start. Ranveer was pretty average looking but with time he has groomed himself well.

Ranveer’s looks always got overshadowed by his eccentric style. It was something that worked for him for years and he went with it. Now that his style is on the calm and subdued side, for lack of a better word, it puts more focus on his face. He’s not a bad looking dude at all.
