PS: Does seem like a lot of backstory to come up with that old birthday tape - doesn't make sense to have something recorded (CCTV footage) onto a video tape. Even looks at least a bit odd for an event 11-12 yrs back... but probably used it cause it was working back then.

Probably Ammu cried back then cause some orphan girl at a charity event for her birthday told her 'I'll steal your father and everything you got'... (Chitnis' may have a memory of it). and she now figured out its Ishika - perhaps when she says that downstairs.

Also makes sense why Ammu now says 'its to save you from her'.

Good if they show some backstory... but God they delayed it a lot!!! Could've been done long back.

Sounds interesting they would have brought this track earlier. It is interesting. Hope they handle it properly but Mr. Tipnis don't come back.

If this is how it is (and since they are professional writers, can hope it will be better than this) cant believe they delayed it so long! All those crappy eps leading to this! But... it is going to be quite explosive couple of eps.

It will be complete surprise package for the audience and now her hatred towards Ammu too will be justified. It will be a good turning point also Ammu decision to marry Virat too may be related to this .They just dragged it so they get time to move to next track which they want to start post IPL.

Now the problem for me is, if it turns out to be plain exposé and the tape has no significance... I'll look down on the writers even more!

Since they brought her birthday tape means there will be a backstory and it will be related to Ishika. She always wanted to ruin Ammu life and not Bhavani's much .

Think they got him married, by his own volition, and by calling Ammu a liar for accusing his lady love, to make sure he wont come back. He is socially married - though not legally - there are witnesses and at least one of them can speak in favour of the mistress. Has to seek divorce, which she wont give.

And... was also important that Ammu mention they have moved on.

Third wedding promo shoot done so it's on the way but good they finished Jayishka wedding before she gets exposed as now there is no chance of him coming back. Ammu will never take him back in her life if he is married to her or not but same could not be said about Bhavani if that marriage did not happened. Now all doors are closed for Mr. Tipnis to come back.

If there is a darkish backstory to Ishika, like we assume now, shouldn't the promo have been on similar lines... like 'kya hai Ishika ka raaz, jiske chalte...(idk)'. Think that promo would raise more curiosity than what their promo did - especially when an exposè thing done before didnt go well. (But yes... if it is as we assume it to be, audience are up for a surprise - and a pleasant one too, which wouldn't have been the case if they cut the raaz promo.)

[Edit: Oh... they did have the caption starting with 'Amruta ne kiya Ishika ke raaz ka khulasa...'. Just that we never thought the raaz is more than what was shown.]
