I also want Abhira to not be butchered but I am trying to be realistic with itv portrayal of characters. Some inconsistencies will happen. They never preserve FL 100%. But even if she remains true to 90% of what she was presented as, thats a win.

Thus far as of most recent episode till Charu kaand reveal - nothing Abhira has done has made me think she's hopeless or outrageous or completely out of line. I will wait and see what she does next.

I don't think she has condoned insult of her parents.

She looked extremely hurt and shocked. But She knows people are flared up.

I will wait and see what happens before bashing her or giving up.

Idk if this source is reliable but this does seem plausible, Abhira can find the broken stone in her room, maybe before the revelation of Ar-Ru past she might discover Ruhi's feelings for Armaan
