What happened between Anushka Sharma and her brother?

What happened to her production company with her brother? Recently I read somewhere Anushka has had fallout with her brother.

How does it affect the company?

Didn't she give up her shares in the company? I think her brother is the sole owner of the production house now. There were articles a few years back saying so.

I was surprised coz I thought she was the sole owner, so what stake?
