So I finally mustered up the courage to watch today's episode with zero expectations . And keeping all the toxicity aside, I think this episode was needed to bring a few things out into the open.

For one, Jhanak has a much better idea of what she's getting herself into. Up until now she had no idea what her to-be husband was like, but now she understands how regressive the family is and what their expectations are of her. Basically in her husband's house there is no room for her dreams. Jhanak has always been impulsive. To save Anis life she's previously also made rash decisions to run away with Tejas, without properly understanding the consequences of her actions. And today she's doing the exact same thing! But now I'm glad she's getting a reality check. And quite rightly so she's afraid of what she's getting into..the fear on her face was quite evident today. Hopefully now that she knows what the future holds for her she can make a more informed decision . There are plenty of other ways to walk out of Anis life without getting tied to such a regressive family. Based on the revelations today she must realise that she basically just going from one cage to another, so I really hope she HERSELF breaks this marriage.

Now coming to Ani. Absolutely love this man! Right till the very end he's fighting for Jhanak's future. He keeps pushing Avinash to let Jhanak complete her exams, something which Jhanak herself couldn't bring up mind you. And for those bashing Ani for keeping silent for Shristis comment...what do u expect him to say? Quite honestly, that comment wasn't even worth responding to. It came across as a very immature comment, and you could see that on Ani's face. It wasn't worth spending an ounce of energy responding to someone so delusional. Shristi or whoever else could say whatever they want , but at the end of day Ani and Jhanak know what they feel for each other and that is what matters.

Lastly, loved the scene between Jhanak and Appu di. So genuine and heartfelt ♥️

Yes that is what I have been saying, such comments need to be ignored. That is the kind of insult they deserve... no response. She can keep talking rubbish to the wall... he would be son-in-law has zero respect for her.

This shows how childlike insignificant talk they are doing that Ani has nothing to say to them... They are all loosing their respect by speaking rubbish and degrading their own value by talking bad about others.

You are speaking my mind. I love Ani as much as I love Jhanak, but naturally there is more tendency to side towards the poorer one. Both have been surrounded by horrible people, but for Ani, these people sugarcoated him, which is why I believe to some extent, it’s why even though Ani is better off in character because he grew up more around his uncles, he still can’t really get away from his privileged perspective on life. There is only so much you can empathize with, and so Ani can get frustrated by a Jhanak who appears to be a sore loser. On the other hand, Jhanak grew up on the extreme end as being the punching bag by an entire town due to her background. She wasn’t sugarcoated, she has pepper rubbed on open wounds everyday of her life, not to talk of poor economic circumstances unlike Ani. Still, even in that poverty and maltreatment, she always saw it as her worst and believed she would go up in life. Now all of a sudden, she is even a worse situation, an orphan, a maid, a woman who has no domestic bliss because she is nameless where she is and even worse, apart from the external trauma, Jhanak also has to deal with the self loathing and internal traumas that will come because she has feelings for Ani and will feel guilty, as well as despondent because it seems she hadn’t learnt anything from how her mom was treated. ITV does everything for drama, to the point that they miss out all of character development. Jhanak has literally almost died twice and has taken so much insults, yet Ani’s proactivity or deepest thinking surrounding her situation only came when she was as death’s door (or the earlier episodes). Two episodes after her near death experience, Ani was literally joining his family to taunt her all because he felt personally offended that she said yes to the marriage, that wait….he had said yes to before even she gave consent! I said it before that makers greatest failure in this show is how they took out so much of what Ani could have been like at the start - straightforward and consistent and bold everytime. He didn’t care what others did if they were wrong. Instead, they made him overly care to the point that lying became so regular, it was a character trait, and the lying weren’t even needed, he just does that regularly to avoid blame for helping Jhanak, which takes away from the fact that he had brought her here and we had expectations that his open help would be consistent. No one is upset as me when Ani does things the way he should because I see that and I am so pissed that they took out so much from him. Like yesterday, I was pleased at his insistence on her schooling - it was like old Ani. It was bold and it was straightforward. The talk that Ani kept quiet to shristi because he knows what he feels for Jhanak and vice versa isn’t true for me. For me, Ani hasn’t. Jhanak has - and it’s shocking how even though I still don’t get the logic of her falling for him like this, if I just focus on now, she understands more of what she feels. Ani is the one that can still even pretend civility with Arshi and has never confronted her and her mom for all they have done to Jhanak, so he doesn’t know what he feels. Against, makers have lost here to show how love isn’t controllable. For this to lay off well, Ani should not be able to be utilitarian concerning Jhanak or handle being around any other woman even without knowing the name of what he feels. It’s not that Ani is a bad person. It’s just that the greatest disadvantage that growing up around who he did was that he still took some of their inherent selfishness - and he hasn’t started facing that truth. For me, makers will once do ITV magic and just join Jhanak to this Arshi. However, instead they should have Jhanak go out through this wedding escape for her own character development, as well as her mental health, and have Ani without her for his own character development and growth. Both of them now are not the sort that will be able to handle enemies as a couple. Irl, right now they are the epitome of ‘love isn’t enough’.

It’s the worst time to have this Choton plot. I don’t even care about it at all. They should have brought this when things were calmer at home. How can I care about Choton romance when Jhanak’s wedding to Tejas is going on at home?

Choton gives her blessings and gifts her a wrist watch.. asks her not to cry now.. asking her to cry on the wedding day.. Subho asks the meaning of that.. he says he want her to be happy for this rasam

Choton calls Ani to do the rasam.. saying he was the person who brought her here and did so much for her.

Shrishti wants taklu uncle to do it first.. even uncle is surprised J is reluctant to fall at taklu’s feet.. TMW1 and TMW2 are forcing her.. SK forces.. everyone around are impatient.. including Dadji..
