I too think about this twin theory. In my desperation I even start seriously thinking about my soul exchange theory. About yesterday's episode, I had few things to say but y'all have pretty much summed up everything. So adding my 2 cents to it.

I'm a sucker for good bgms/osts. I see two pretty people with a pretty bgm & I'm sold. That's exactly what happened yesterday.

I really hope the creatives if they are taking a short leap erase the Reddys. There is absolutely nothing the cast brings to the show and I would rather see Surya and Imlie trying to find a new balance post the truth reveal without these people taunting and tang-adoing in husband - wife matters. They can also pack off Anjali as for me neither the actress is working nor her presence in scenes with Surya - Imlie. Aage ki kahani Jaane Radha Rani.

Maybe they are waiting for the reaction of this week's TRPs before they take a decision. But I do think leap is possible as TRP of the show has averaged.

I feel aise scenes ki zarurat nahi hoti. We can show a story or romance without such scenes. Take Imlie for example, we had such an amazing love story between Agastya and Imlie without any such OTT scenes and the other show you keep referring (not taking name coz AT hai), had such scenes without meaningful progress in the relationship.

The thing is not just them, I am not keen on such scenes for anyone. Call me old fashioned or whatever, I love the 90s era where there were meaningful love stories. I feel such scenes don't add much to the viewing experience and are only for grabbing eyeballs. I am a sucker for Pakistani dramas. Wahan toh we have had epic love stories without as much as hand holding or hugs.

Also, you will be shocked to know I don't want these 2 to do such scenes even with each other. So it has less to do with my possessiveness but more of my preference.
