The only thing to be seen is how will she react to revelation and will she claim neil more agressively now that yuvika is back?

Another thing could be she knows the reality and has turned on yuvika to get neil.

Neil's expression clearly says he got to know the truth. If its not that then such expression doesnt make sense.
