How are we equating trps and views to stardom? It's not like movies where ppl are actually spending their money to watch someone. TV and YT are free anyways.

Yeah PKS was never a TRP getter. Its average TRP across the 30 episodes was 3.8. The highest it ever got was in the 6s. Raaz-e-Ulfat used to get much bigger TRPs. But PKS was very popular on YT I think. It had very good YT views. It also had a lot of SM hype. Yumlal too. Critics loved it too. It was the Fairy Tale of its time I would say. Over time, more people saw it on YT and its fame has increased.

I liked it too. I know a lot of people stopped watching when Abdullah started acting dumb. Characters that are loved should never be compromised for the sake of making the other person a victim.

Jaise DNUTN, JBG ka fame increased over time because new audience of TB watched old drama of Wahaj and Yumna

JBG was a niche show. very few people watched it. it was critically appreciated though. so I will not call Mahaj a popular ship per se.

IJ was much more popular than JBG (but it was dwarfed that year by Chupke Chupke success). The popular ship for that Ramzan season was Aiman and Arsalan not Wahaj and Madiha. Though Wahaj and Madiha ship does have its fans.It is also more popular ship than the one with Maya.

Wo issue to tha aur shayad Bilal bhi naraz tha editing se, we got to know it during award show he wasn't happy how his character shaped up
