Why are they deliberately pulling down a show that can work? This is so annoying. Again a 16 minutes episode!! Even if the viewers ignore the story and wardrobe and still watch the show, the duration ensures that the show never succeeds on the charts?

Why aren’t they ending on a good note instead?

Seriously man. They better start showing some progression in Surya-Imlie’s relationship. Atleast get them to stay in one room and share the bed.

We had 3 short episodes this week!

I went out for some last minute eid shopping today, lowkey was looking forward to the episode and it ended so fast. They didn’t even play the precap on Hotstar.

They kept the comedic vibes all throughout the couch scene for some reason. Imlie trying to unlock his phone was a funny scene not gonna lie, I also liked all the puns in the room. This girl is a riot when they write her dialogues in such a witty manner. Sai and Adrija nailed the banter scene obviously.

Do the writers even want Imlie and Surya to be endgame? It barely feels platonic at this point. Anjali could’ve so caught them in a compromising position on the bed. Also when the hell are Surya and Imlie going to share a room? Anjali gave me serious pick me vibes when she was telling Surya that she’d be down to drown her ambitions for him.

Chachi is an adorable character honestly, I like how she’s the only one encouraging Imlie to embrace her marriage. She reminds me of Sonali a bit, I think the actress being so young also gives into the vibes. If they ever bring in Arjun, I feel like he’ll be young.

At first I thought they were talking about names for Imlie and Surya’s potential kids. But this whole name changing thing after the kundali milan makes me feel like we’re going back a few centuries. The show is literally named Imlie so obviously the Reddy’s wont succeed. This isn’t even about traditions or feminism at this point. Watch them try and make it seem like Imlie is being unreasonable for not wanting to give up on the one thing that she inherited from her parents.

Imlie will definitely speak up for herself not that anybody will listen, Surya better not stay quiet here. Anjali is going to try and prove her point about Imlie not being flexible to change. This is sometimes so crazy, the Chaudhary’s were super progressive in comparison the Reddy’s despite being from the village. Matlab kuch bhi…

Sorry but imlie - surya scenes are just not clicking. If they want a potential love story there, atleast have them get awkward when they get close to each other accidentally. Just for the chemistry atleast. This is so deliberately pulling down the leads chemistry. For a show that heavily relied on leads chemistry, this is too deliberate that they don’t want to show Jodi scenes. I am so done!!! The room scene could have been done so differently but it’s too platonic. Arey dono bhai behen nahi hai.. pati-patni hain.. Now toh I dont even have any hope. For people who are sticking onto the show, atleast make them happy and end it on a good note.

Aaj ka episode was so blahhhhhh specially coz of the lost potential. Why can't they start showing romance between the leads. The trp is falling and they cant even make necessary changes.

Yeh Reddy's got a really faltu ka mudda. Kal hi Imlie talked about her own pehchaan. How did they think she will agree to change her name? It is not like she is jumping for joy with this wedding. I hope she gives them all a strong piece of her mind. Surya better tell them to return to the current century. Chaudhary fam was way too progressive. Unko nikal ke yeh faltu family kyu laayi yaar. Atleast if they were there, Surya and Imlie would have to live together in one room, everyone would try and bring them together.

I am have a terrible terrible feeling we will be cheated again. The makers don't have enough time and they are not even bothering to show progress between the leads. They will give a very rushed ending and it will be totally unconvincing.

At this point, I really feel like I want to cut my losses and stop watching all together. The writers, the stylist should be fired for being so bad. Feel really sad for Sai and Addy who deserve better than what they are getting. Feel equally bad for the audience who are willing to give the makers a chance despite being royally cheated by Agastya ka death twist.
