OK so call it old school, but my mother says that we should never destroy or burn the photo/pic of anyone who is alive it is not considered good.

matlab zinda insaan ki photo ko kabhi bhi jalana nahi chahiye, ye accha nahi mana jata hai.

Anupama has respect for her abusers, she can do everything for them, but here she burnt the photo and that too she did not realize that she is burning a kid's pic (bacchi bhi thi naa usme).

humare yahan baccho ke kapde aur khilone bhi nahi jalate hain inhone puri ki puri photo jala di.

She never considered Aadhya her daughter, so it really doesn't matter.

Also, if she burns a picture of her defective products and distances herself from them, then who will insult and taunt her??? Iski beizzati ka quota kam ho jayega and she'll lose her purpose in life, as she exists to be at the receiving end of Shameless Shahs.

Hence, for the overall good of the show, it is essential that this Matkewaali Maa keeps carrying the matkas of Doshu and Makkhi, and they keep dishing out humiliation to her periodically

Waise Maa burnt Adhya and Anuj's pic because they are not in her 'taqdeer', so have no right to peep out from 'tasveer' and disturb Maa while on path of duty to serve Shahs..... Warna dekha jaaye toh Baa ka pyaar bhi toh Maa ki taqdeer mein nahi hai... Par Maa ne aaj tak Baa ki photo na toh phadi aur jalaana toh bhool hi jao.. Bhagwaan ki photo jalana toh waise bhi paap hai...

Anybody feels Anuj isn't interested in Shru?Apparently he was thinking of Maa and blissfully smiling while hugging her

One moment, when there was a fire at the reshtront, wasn't Anupama concerned for ther luggage because it had her family's memories (photos)? She was indebted to Katie for rescuing it from the fire. She was distressed at the thought of her memories being potentially destroyed.

Clearly Kapadias don't fall into that category.

But she is Anupamaa! Whatever she does is for Aadhya and Anuj’s happiness apparently

Dunno what’s so much attitude for? If you ask her the right question she will tear the pic into two pieces and walk away and if you reject her she will burn you alive 🔥

Baa Bapuji ki ohoto Maa India se saath lekar aayi thi, bade prem se store room mein jahan wo apparently “rehti hai” wahan sajakar rakhi hai aur roz unke darshan karke haath bhi jodti hai.

Jahan Baa Bapuji wahin Maa ka Mandir hai, aaj Diya se isiliye keh rahi thi wo reshtorent mera Mandir hai, now we know the reason!

I hope Anuj had seen the burnt up photo and realises for what's he is worth in Anupama's life.

Honestly, I don't really know or care for the act of burning it. I would just call it an extreme act of emotional upheaval to moving on.

What concerns is the striking differences in the treatment of Shahs (who are supposedly are her abusers) and Kapadias (who genuinely loved, cared and respected her).

Imagine, a teenager child, in her most vulnerable state could not make herself to burn the pic that had her family and mother who forsake her. Here was a 55 year old woman, who was in her senses, and has control of her emotions, is able to do that🤷🏻‍♀️.

Ab bhi agar nahin dikha difference ya justification mila toh koi Dekhna hi nahin Chahta.

exactly, leave and forget Anuj, she calls Aadya her daughter and no matter how much you fight with your partner you can't even think of hating or to be specific destroying anything related to your kids intentionally. Anupama once herself said this ki maa baap kaa talak ho sakta hai lekin bacchon se maa baap kabhi alag nahi ho sakte, toh what happened now? Has anything changed? Pakhi has behaved in worst possible manner, but uske saath toh sadak par let gai thi ye, lekin idhar dekho maaaaaaa ke taver.

koi Shah family ki photo jalane kaa try bhi karega toh ye pagal ho jaegi, bhai she needs therapy very badly, she loves being abused and also her abusers.

OTOH, V & his family have been abusing her for years, how come they are not meted out with such treatment? She is a mad woman, rightly belongs in a mental asylum.
